Hull structure Tribon 3D model is developed from classification drawing; subsequently production drawings are extracted with weld log and Weight & Center of Gravity (WCOG). Nesting is done for optimization of plate utilization and NC code generation.

Scope of Work:
Develop the 3D model using Tribon M2 based on Classification drawings
supplied by MMHE, Johor Bahru. Decide up on location of seams based on
material order list.
Prepare the production drawings from this structural model assigning
part nos to each part. NC cutting codes are to be generated for
automatic cutting of steel plates and profiles.

Scope of Work:
Understand the basic input drawings and preparation of whole jack rig
structures in Tribon 3D model.
Prepare the model verification drawings to prove that the model is
checked and verified.

3. Dubai Dry-docks, UAE |

working on various projects (FPSOs, Seismic Exploration Vessels etc) in
Dubai Dry docks and Sembawang shipyard helping to augment their team
strength as a strategic partner.
