5. Sembawang

Drill Ship
– Phase – I
Scope of Work:
- The structural model of Drill Ship Living Quarters has
to be prepared by referring to the classification
drawings supplied by Sembawang shipyard. The production
drawings and the Nesting documents are also prepared.
- The work also involves development of components for
Engineering / Outfitting /Electrical/ Structural /
Miscellaneous components. The piping, routing and
ventilation modeling is also done by Conceptia for this
project.
- Prepare collision free compartment layouts, Pipe spool
sketches, P& I diagrams and all electrical design
documents including Lux calculations.
Drill Ship – Phase – II
Scope of Work:
Along with yard personnel go onboard the ship, carry out
Line out inspection and make appropriate modifications
to production drawings to solve problems on board.
Prepare as fitted drawings. |
6. BSL, Mumbai

Handling Tug cum OSV
Scope of Work:
- Prepare faired lines plan and suggest modifications to
offset table data points.
- Prepare 3D model of the Anchor Handler in Tribon 3D
modeling software. Positioning of seams in panels based
on material order list; prepare production drawings
assigning position nos to each and every part, assign
excess and shrinkage values. Prepare nesting sketches,
NC codes.
- Prepare equipment layout and pipe arrangement drawings
and ensure collision free arrangement of equipment,
pipes, cables and ducts complete with maintenance spaces
and insulation.
- Prepare pipe spool sketches.
- Inspection of structural blocks after construction and
clearing production related problems.

Pipavav
Shipyard has signed a 02 year strategic partnership with
Conceptia for engineering. Under this contract Conceptia
will provide detail engineering support to PSL for their
Gantry Cranes as well as Panamax bulk carriers that are
under construction at India’s largest Greenfield
shipyard. |
